Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! 

We will gladly offer FREE returns on all orders and accept unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and with original packaging with tags still attached. We cannot offer refunds on items deemed damaged - scratched, used, or with missing tags. 

Porter & Bond reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers. Please contact the business where you purchased our product regarding their return policy.

Need to make a return? 

 

How to Return:

  1. Complete and submit the fields on our return page. 
  2. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you would like to return for review.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you have the option of receiving a FREE pre-paid return shipping label or a QR code that will automatically be sent to you by email.
  4. Please keep merchandise in its original packaging and affix the pre-paid label to the original package. 
  5. Drop the package off at your nearest mail drop-off location.
  6. Have a QR code? You can simply have the store associate scan your QR code to complete your packaged drop-off. 
  7. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
  8. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method.
  9. We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding duties and all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges:

At this time, Porter & Bond does not offer an exchange policy. We recommend submitting a new order now to reserve the item(s) of your choice and following the above steps to send your current item(s) back. 

*Porter & Bond is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

*Please note orders placed before 3/21/23 are subject to return fees.
